On the road of life that meanders, I am walking everyday,
the road takes me home, and sometimes it takes me away..
On the road of life.. I have sung, every one of my songs,
I have sung them true and clear, and I have sung them out for long..
On the road of life, I have turned as well returned,
round a lot of corners, of which, many I abandoned...
On the road of life,I travelled ,through a distance long and far,
I sailed away from near ones to those who were afar...

In narrow allyways, or through a world that was dead..

I miss those pretty moments, I miss my yesterday..

I mocked , I jeered at them, and all of them i fought.

I forgot to search for what, I had been destined to find..

Lights and shades had painted themselves a warm and lovely hue
On the road of life thus coloured, my dreams did not last long, though..
once the colours wore off, and the fabric began to show..

Painful though it was, my saga had to end.........

That I was mistaken, Till with remorse had i burnt..

I am dancing to a beat, but the music has somehow ceased...
